Presenting to senior leaders at Aviva

Hats off to Aviva for taking Trans Awareness Week so seriously.  I was honoured that some of its most senior leaders along with many other colleagues joined me for my virtual “lunch and learn” session yesterday.  During the hour, I told the story of my long walk to womanhood, and I passed on my top tips for being a trans ally, before finishing with a no-holds barred Q&A.
