Cool People: Paul Sesay

A while ago, I sat down with my friend Paul Sesay, the founder of the National Diversity Awards, to talk about his work bringing inclusivity to workplaces across the world for this episode of Cool People. Paul also founded the Inclusive Top 50 Employers list, and has created various diversity inclusion initiatives since 2003.

Paul talks to me about his childhood and upbringing, and the experiences that gave him the passion to fight for fairer equality measures for all strands of diversity.

It was such a pleasure to talk with Paul. To view the full interview, please go to: https://youtu.be/LxaU_b3S2uY
