BBC Radio Leicester Interview

I have just had the pleasure of being interviewed by Ady Dayman on his afternoon show at BBC Radio Leicester.

Ady heard about by very public coming-out video which has now turned into a series of VLOGs about my transition and was intrigued to find out more.  We talked in depth about my aim to become a trans-ambassador in order to help other people who are currently struggling with gender dysphoria and also about educating the general public on the issue too.

It was great fun being interviewed by Ady as he is so easy to talk to.  The 15-minute interview went by so quickly, but he invited me back in at regular intervals as he said he would like to track my progress through transition.  To listen to the interview in full, CLICK HERE and scroll forward to 1:15:50.  Hurry though, as the interview will only stay live on the BBC Radio Leicester website for 28 days.

Here’s a very quick video I made of the two of us having an informal chat after the interview (see above).
